What's Included in
Base Pricing

Every ScopeRedi estimate starts from a defined baseline — a real scope of work with assumed square footage. Here's exactly what that baseline includes, what it doesn't, and what drives costs higher.

Using Quick Select in the Planner?

Quick Select gives you a fast starting range — but every space is different. Even on a quick selection, enter your best estimate of the room's square footage or dimensions. A 60 sq ft bathroom and a 120 sq ft bathroom have very different cost profiles even with identical scopes. The more accurate your size input, the more accurate your range.

How ScopeRedi Calibrates These Ranges

Base ranges are built from real contractor invoice data submitted by licensed professionals in your ZIP code — not national survey averages. Prices shown are adjusted for your local market when you enter your ZIP in the planner. The more contractors in your area who contribute invoice data, the more accurate your range gets over time.
