ScopeRedi ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by ScopeRedi LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at scoperedi.com and use our Smart Renovation Planner.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: When you use the ScopeRedi planner, you may voluntarily provide your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and project details including renovation preferences, budget range, material selections, room dimensions, and design style choices. You also provide information when you submit a contractor application or contact us via email.
Information collected automatically: When you visit our site, we automatically collect certain technical information including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and click activity. We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage data to improve our service.
LiDAR and room measurement data: If you use our LiDAR measurement feature, any room scan files, screenshots, or dimension data you upload are stored temporarily to include with your project scope and are shared only with contractors you explicitly choose to connect with.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the ScopeRedi planner and generate your renovation scope and cost estimates, calculate your ScopeScore readiness rating, connect you with licensed contractors you choose to contact, send you your project summary via email, improve and optimize our platform, respond to your inquiries, and comply with legal obligations.
We never sell your personal information. We never share your contact information with contractors unless you explicitly request it by completing the planner and choosing to connect. Your data is never resold to lead aggregators, advertising networks, or third-party marketplaces.
Contractor Data Sharing
When you complete the planner and choose to connect with contractors, we share your project scope, contact information, ScopeScore, and renovation details with a maximum of three (3) licensed contractors in your area. You control this choice — we never send your information to contractors without your explicit action.
For contractors using ScopeRedi on their own websites: homeowner data collected through an embedded planner is shared exclusively with that contractor. We do not distribute embedded planner leads to competing contractors.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your planner progress, analyze site traffic via Google Analytics 4, and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some planner features.
We do not use advertising cookies or behavioral targeting on our website. If we run advertising campaigns on third-party platforms (Google, Meta), those platforms may use their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including HTTPS encryption on all pages, secure form submission, and access controls. Our site is hosted on Netlify with enterprise-grade security infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your project scope data and contact information for up to 24 months after your last interaction, or until you request deletion. Anonymous analytics data may be retained indefinitely for aggregate reporting. Contractor application data is retained for the duration of the business relationship.
Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your personal data, opt out of marketing communications, and withdraw consent for data processing at any time. Children's Privacy
ScopeRedi is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will promptly delete it.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites and services including Google Analytics, Netlify (hosting), and contractor websites. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review their policies before providing any personal information.
